Title: Accounts cum Administrative Executive
Location: Subang Jaya

Overview:
Our client is registered with the Ministry of Health Malaysia and is the only compounding pharmacy in Malaysia that is a member of the Professional Compounding Chemist of Australia (PCCA). They specialize in custom made medications with the aim of fulfilling the unmet medical needs of patients who do not respond well to standardised products.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for preparation of full sets of accounts including trial balance, bank reconciliation, balance sheet, Statement of Profit & Loss, Financial Statement and etc.
  • Monitor cash position of company on daily basis and arrange for fixed deposits/REPO submissions.
  • Perform all banking related duties.
  • Coordinate and perform monthly-end closing management accounts.
  • CProcess staff claims and payment to creditors and issue cheques in timely manner.
  • Assist in book-keeping and data entry using AutoCount Accounting Software.
  • MEnsure all accounting documents and records are properly filed up and well-maintained.
  • Ensure all financial statements comply with accounting standards, tax regulation as well as company policies.
  • Prepare forecast and budget reports.
  • Liaise with tax agent, auditors, bankers, company secretary, government departments, and suppliers.
  • Perform other accounting-related duties assigned by members of Management.
  • Assist and overlook the office administration whenever required.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience. Audit experience will be an advantage.
  • Someone with strong interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Windows, including Ms Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
  • Able to successfully prioritize and manage a wide variety of critical and/or time-sensitive job duties.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented, focus on efficiency and accuracy.
  • Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
