Mr. Lam Yue Pak is the Chief Executive of ASIA Netwerks, a business consultancy and professional training firm he established in 2008. The firm is passionate about helping businesses and people grow by providing business strategy solutions and professional leadership development training. Yue Pak is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Professional Trainer with over 20 years in top management positions in diversified groups based in Singapore and Malaysia. He received his early training as an auditor with Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceeWaterhouse Coopers).

Yue Pak has both deep and wide experience in various industry segments and also cross-cultural exposure working with colleagues and business partners in the United Kingdom, Australia, Hong Kong & Indonesia. He strongly believes the cornerstones of success and a great leader are integrity, wisdom and courage. By embracing the qualities of integrity, wisdom and courage in everything that we do business solutions become more apparent.

Businesses grow when people grow. His forte is in leadership development training and his core programme is “Transforming Managers to Leaders” working in association with training institutions whose clientele include multi-national companies such as ExxonMobil, DHL, Allianz Bank, Abbott Laboratories and Fairchild Semiconductor. He is an engaging trainer who is much sought after and is also actively engaged as a trainer with private institutions of higher learning in the areas of Innovation & Enterprise, Employability Skills and Business Finance. In his earlier career, he trained staff from the Malaysian Auditor-General's office and Inland Revenue Board Auditing Skills.

Yue Pak is also a Business Advisory Partner with Singapore Management University (SMU) SPRING and provides his services to SMEs seeking expertise assistance through government-aided programmes. Prior to starting ASIA Netwerks, he was Group CEO of SGX-listed HLH Group Ltd. He also previously worked as Senior Corporate Controller at RGM International Pte Ltd, Singapore and Senior General Manager Control & Development, Johan Holdings Berhad, Malaysia. Whilst with KLSE-listed Johan Holdings he was also Director of London AIM-listed William Jacks PLC, UK; William Jacks (Australia) Pty Ltd and Skinner Engineering Pty Ltd, Australia.
